03Course Materials and Access

• Enrolled students will receive access to course materials either in print or digital format.
• Online courses require a stable internet connection; the institute is not responsible for technical issues on the user's end.
• Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of enrollment.
• Candidates attending sessions cannot record the sessions. If found recording, they will be expelled from the batch immediately.

04Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism and respect toward trainers and fellow participants.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during classes, whether online or offline, may result in removal from the course without a refund.
• Access to our online classes is limited to registered users only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

05Limitation of Liability

• The institute does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes in crypto trading.
• The institute shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of applying concepts learned during the course.
• Students are encouraged to consult professional financial advisors before making investment decisions.

07Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified of alternative dates.
• Students who wish to reschedule their enrollment must provide a written request at least one month prior to the course start date. Approval is subject to availability.

08Intellectual Property Rights

• All course content, including videos, presentations, and study materials, are the intellectual property of Punjab Crypto.
• Students are granted limited access to the materials solely for personal, educational purposes.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
